scanmaster readings iac is not moving

iac on my scanmasterisnt moving I turn the caron and its stuck at 100 regardless if I move the adjustment screw or not the when I crank it goesall the way down to 0

is it idling fast after you start it?

it was until I reset the iac now its seems to be running lean blm in 150ish at idle in park iac around 59????
