Hey guys I have a question about the readings off of my car. Right now I'm trying to diagnose this low boost problem(15psi cant get anymore).So I do a few blasts in 3rd gear,top out near 15 lbs. and i noticed my o2 readings were 620-660. No knock was seen but i cant seem to get the blm's up to 128 they are always at 100-115 even with the o2 saying it's lean. Why would the computer take out fuel if the o2 indicates it is lean? Also INT #'s are around 121-126 most of the time. Any suggestions.

The part throttle BLM's have nothing to do with the WOT O2's. At WOT BLM's should be locked at 128. You are rich on the low end because you are using Red's chip which is always rich down low.

Make sure your O2 sensor is ok, and what is your FP set at?

That chip is designed for 17psi, though I could never get more than 16 with mine before getting knock.

As far as boost what kind of wastegate setup do you have
 
I should've clarified my question some. My o2 readings at idle go between 058-610(mostly hover in the 300's), fuel pressure is set to 45(any lower and it stalls and hesitates), INT 121-132@idle(locked at 128 at w.o.t.),BLM 91-95 @ idle(never go above 115 @w.o.t.). Absolutely no knock with the o2's in the 590's(w.o.t. pass).

I currently can't boost more than 13 psi(any way to check by removing the vaccum line to the solenoid to see if it will boost higher) wastegate plunger isn't stuck,nor is the puck. Could the lines be the culprit? Do I need the exact replacements or can I just use regular vaccum line?

Other data read:L8=4344@idle,CLT=198,ATS=138,IAC=24(@idle),CC=67-68,NAL=32-45,TPS=.46@idle 4.3@w.o.t.

Hopefully the Extender chip will help it doesn't like the RA93.
 
Need Suggestions!!!!

I'm pretty sure that the boosting problem i have is a restriction in the exhaust. Secondly I turned up the fuel pressure to 50(line on) to see if I can max it out for 1/4 mile with no knock. Today the car dipped below 1/4 of a tank of 93 plus i added 1 gallon of Toulene. Boost was at 15 psi. I ran it a little less than a 1/4 mile pushing 15 psi and my o2 readings were in the 500's. I know it is really lean but can someone tell me how i can get more fuel up top?

My trans+ is maxed out at 14% rich wot,8 degrees advance on base timing,wot spark is set for -8* above 3200,base maf is set to lean idle 3" impala/caprice maf.

Any guys with trans+ tuning experience I would appreciate your suggestions. The extender chip went in today finally and it makes the car run so much better. I dont want to start upping the boost past 15 if the o2's are already that low. Thanx for any help
 
I would start with the o2 sensor if you're not getting more than 600mv out it.
