To fill you guys in. I was having diffuculty trying to tune this thing. My blm's are always in the 90-103 range at idle, but my o2's cycle between 50 and 800 mv. The int is around 124-130. My setup is in my sig, Trying to tune with the extender has been diffucult but is getting better. I thought I was having a lean condition up top cause the o2's always read between 350-580mv(but no knock). My settings consisted of: base spark +8*/wot -10*/base maf at setting 3/ wot maf 14% rich. Today I thought I'd screw with it a bit. I changed the base spark to 0(no change)/wot spark to -6*/base maf and wot maf same. It feels a little lazy down low, blm's cycle between 100-114(114 mostly), my int is around 106-122. I cant see anything with the blms or int at wot cause they lock at 128 past 1/2 throttle. With the previous setting for some reason I couldn't buils more than 16 pounds of boost with the cutout closed, now with the new setting I get 20 psi with the cutout closed. Only now I'm getting .7* of knock. Not too bad I guess, but I like seeing no knock at all.

Well to my question finally, If the scanmaster is reading 30mv on the o2 does it mean it is 1030? I did two wot blasts and got 13mv and 30mv with only .7* of knock each time. With the old setting I would get 2.9-4.0* of retard. It definately feels stronger up top now(didn't think it was possible cause it pulled like a raped ape up top before, now it just rips the tires loose in every gear). At the track a few weeks it ran the 1/8 at about 82mph but at the traps I ran 114mph. Does that seem like a lot of mph to be making up.

Those are recalled figures I assume (13 & 30mv). If they are, you also need to check when (at what mph) they occured, otherwise the data isn't worth much. Scanmaster can't tell you everything, but at least it will tell you at what mph the lowest O2's and highest knock occured.
