The lack of correspondence had me worried. I did speak to Mike on the phone for the first time yesterday and much to my surprise he said that the Scanmaster was sent back to me already. Iwas quite surprised as you might imagine 'cause we hadn't talked about payment and the upgrade to the 2.1 that I had requested. I asked him if he wanted to be paid and he says, " We take care of our stuff." Iwas and still am shocked, NO CHARGE. I feel a little embarrassed that I even complained. It showed up at my door today as stated, repaired with the upgrade for nothing. I thank them as THAT is customer service. Kudos go out to Full Throttle Speed and Style. Drew:)

As I aid before Mike is awesome. I hope people will support his new venture. He always goes out of his way to make things right. I had ordered a chip from him several years ago and his chip burning stuff was stolen. He sent me my chip for free because I had to wait 10 days to get it.
