Video attached, Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my Scanmaster flip out:

looks like data errors.

check connections, where is it grounded? Is the radiator cooling fan running during the video?

Bob

Double checked connections.
I have it grounded under radio dash.
An yes I think the fan was running, At least when I'm cruising around an I see it happening.

on the drivers side inner fender are 3 relays, 1 large one, and 2 smaller ones. unplug the smaller ones and see if the symptom goes away. (watch the engine temp, these are the fan relays)
