What kind of horror movies?
Creepy ones that are just twisted and/or leave you with a bad feeling inside or the ones that make you jump?

Night of the Living Dead
The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari
The Thing
Orig. Dawn of the Dead
Silence of the Lambs
Beverly Hills Chihuahua
My Best Friends Girl

Last House On The Left 1972, UNCUT version only.

It's useless without the intesting ripping scene. :p

Wes Craven got a writers credit in that early classic flick.

I love scary movies!!! I just watched one the other day called The Abandoned. Had alot of jump out at you parts in it.

The Abandoned trailers and video clips on Yahoo! Movies

Hostal was good as stated from above, the eye thing got me.
I still like the semi classic ones, Friday the 13th's, Nightmare on Elm Street, All the Hellraisers, Halloween and by far the best the original The Shining.

Its October so they are all on the movie channels all month.

What Lies Beneath
1408

Good suspense movies that have a story and will make you jump.
I don't care for slasher movies.

I remember Motel Hell back in the early 80's when I was a kid. Another in the mid 80's was Scarecrows (1988). I know there were alot called that back then, but just remember this one was vintage mid to late 80's. BLOCKBUSTER has both of them available online, I just ordered them for rental.

Child's Play or The Hitcher (with Rutger Hauer) are a few more good scary movies. That doll Chuckie still freaks me out
