Seat Fabric Dye?

Is there a fabric dye that can be applied to the fabric seats (light blue) ?.The fabric is just losing some color to sunlight & butt wear.Help is appreciated.

Ive Used Some Before On Carpets And Leather Seats ,but It Usually Seems To Get The Fabric A Little Hard Feeling ! But It Looks Better ,try Calling Out A Fabric Restorer Co. Like Carnica ...etc
