I have a question about the plastic seatbelt guide attached to the headrest. How does the seatbelt work with this piece? Is the seatbelt suppose to run behind it or what? "When" I wear my seatbelt I have to put it on and then reach behind me to run it behind the guide or it cuts into my neck. Just wondering how its suppose to work. Thanks.

It's really just designed to pull the belt forward when you pull the seat back front, to allow people better access to the rear seat.
Buy a set of belt clips. . I use one to keep the belt off my neck.
