What are my options to fix the tensioner pulley brg? Its starting to chatter and squeak.

Are you talking about the tentioner itself, or the tensioner pulley?

If it's the pulley, it's pretty easy to swap out. (or if you're lazy, I have an NOS Delco metal idler pulley with a bearing already installed).

I was thinking the alternator berings were -ZZ suffix for metal shields on both sides.

I apologise, it is the tensioner pulley, I think the brg is sticking. thanks

I replaced the pulley bearing recently and this was the number they had for the generator.
