I put a spring style roller on the front on my non billet roller cam was that a bad move I thought that is what Arizona Gn runs. There was some tension when putting the timing cover on.

If it's the same spring that comes with the torrington cam button that spring isn't going to hurt anything. The cam sensors bevel gear pushes back a hellova lot harder than that spring does.
