Setting tps and iac

First thing... my scanmaster went kaput!! Can the adjustment be done without one?

scanmasters rarely fail, its usually a connection issue.

you can adjust the tps with a voltmeter, the IAC is not really critical.

lets get the scanmaster working though.

Here is the procedure, but I forget where to tap in for voltage. It seems like it's the center wire, but not sure.
