Why the move not much out by Seymour I grew up close in Olney Vernon Wichita falls area

I am in NW Kansas, town with 450 people. Seymour is 3 hours from the grandkids and i can afford a house there.

Now this makes perfect sense to me . I see your retired also . Then it's a good place to be in a small town with a slow pace with good people and your right cheap living . i say go for it you have very good reasons
