I say go back to TACO BELL... KMART is not affiliated with the car show and if you park there when they are open you are more likely to get run out by the cops. The guy that runs TOWERS had to make special arrangements with DAVIE PD in order for the show to continue. I for one am for staying with the show. IF lighting is an issue then that is what under the hood lights are for. Besides the lighting is the same throughout the entire show. Well, at least that is my two cents.

Well, you were not there, but kmart was GREAT. There was PLENTY of light. It was so bright it was almost like daytime. It is very clean and very empty.
Towers, is very dark. Very crowded. And basically a PITA.
At kmart, a few of us found a pub next door that was pretty much vacant. A great place to hang out afterwards and eat, drink, listen to the juke box, and play double six.
The fbody club meets at the home depot in hollywood for the same reasons. Towers is a great place to spectate, but not to have club meetings. The row behind the arbys is to crowded, and the spot behind taco bell is to dark.
I say we try it and see how it goes. I don't think the police will kick us out if we don't leave trash or do burnouts.

hey, don't get me wrong, parking at k-mart was better in terms of a car show, but i felt like a outkast. we couldn't show those other guys who had the baddest cars out there. plus, NO CHICKS!! sure its about the cars, but i need some "things" to look at.

Taco for me
I like taco bell better. Kmart doesn't sell chesse gordita crunch anymore. Plus, the nacho bell grande from Kmart makes me want to pewke!
Nah, I don't care for anybody looking at my car or anything (though it feels good), I just think we won't be so out of place behind taco bell.
Plus, we won't get stared at by all the old people walking out from Kmart.

Well, i understand your dilema Shawn. However, some of us do not get off of work until 6:00P (If we are lucky). Realizing the fact that someone needs to rope off the section, I guess it's hard. I know from my perspective life changes almost day to day. I wish that my bosses were understanding to my "Hobbies" as they call them. I tried to talk to them about going to work from 8 - 5 on the Fridays that we go to MOROSO and they flat out told me NO!!! So, I know I may be speaking for myself and all but getting to the show earlier than 6P or even at 6P is a near impossibility. And as you guys know my schedule is really flaky and well it kinda sucks. Wish I had that kinda freedom but I don't. I am a true SLAVE to the GRIND!!! but I got a kid to feed and realistically taht takes precedence over ALL!!!! Well, glad to see support for TOWER. I will try to make it to CARRETA, no promises we'll see what happens. Gonna fly now, I have some interesting irons in the fire that I may be releasing in a few weeks. YOU ALL WILL BE VERY INTERESTED!!!!!
