Thanks for the link but I don't think that's it. My hole is round
I have one that I just pulled out of mine while doing the 6 speed swap. The rubber in the center is cut in a cross. Maybe that is normal, I don't know, never seen a new one. If you are looking for perfect this isn't it. I'll mail it at no cost if you want it.
