Hey guys,
Well I just took the GN to the track for the very first time today and had a really good time even though my best run was a 13.71@96mph. I'm thinking I really could have run a lot better if my trans would have shifted properly. The problem I had was the trans wouldn't shift until I hit the rev limit, and sometimes it would rev limit for a while until it shifted. It didn't slip or anything like that, it would just hit the rev limiter, kackle and end up shifting. I'm thinking maybe the throttle valve could have something to do with this but I don't know squat about trannies. The fluid looks pretty clean and level is fine, although I can drop the pan, install new filter and gasket, and then FLUSH the trans with a machine at the shop I work at. Let me know what you think, so I can start diagnosing the problem
