Shocks and drop spindles

I'm using drop spindles for the first time. Are shorter shocks required? Anyone out there using drop spindles? What are y'all doing?

I have 2" drop spindles. I'm using QA1 "R" Series adjustable shocks, no problems with the shocks. Very limited ground clearance though, pretty tough to drive on the street. I'm also running a 26" tall M/T tire, very little clearance with the wheelwell...John

Since the shock mount wont change, OEM length shocks work perfectly. The shock still goes from LCA up to orig mount.
I also have drop spindles, and no issues.
