The Fort Hood murderer is getting paid his full salary while his victims are denied benefits because they "weren't in a comabt zone". Why can't somebody in DC GROW A SACK and countermand this ridiculousness?

This asshole hasn't been tried and convicted, so the UCMJ does not allow his pay to be reduced/denied.
Now, he's stated he's going to represent himself..That'll go well!
Also, he can't be tried with facial hair. He's refused to shave, so the judge said, "you either shave, or we will do it for you". Now, that would be a bit of entertainment to watch it happen!!
I'm betting he'll never see a hang man nor a firing squad...
