Time has come to bite the bullet and go roller but as always, looking for the best deal. Best I've seen so far is:

I'm also debating if I want to try to run stock rockers or do the roller upgrade so looking for deals on those and tall valve covers too.

The deals are out there that's for sure. I got fully ported and polished GN1 aluminum heads fully assembled with loc ring groves machined in, fully ported and polished and portmatched champion intake, 1.65 ratio roller rockers, precision plenum with powerplate, full head and intake gasket sets, 3 sets of plugs, 5/16 heavy wall pushrods all for $965!! Is go roller rockers. Not only are stock rockers and shafts susceptible to cracking but you might have the issue I had with mine!
