Should GNTtype.org Remove CAS as a listed vendor?

Do they have a history of removing shady vendors?

I was pretty shocked to see him still listed..

If my access to our box worked here from my office, I would delete it. If I can remember to do so tonight, its gone.

I don't subscribe to the list - has the issues with CAS/DeQuick been discussed there? I did a quick-n-dirty archive search and didn't see anything.
