Posted in the tranny section also.just need some quick replys.

200r4 for sale with stock converter.The seller has no idea what shape the tranny is in.He wants $100 for tranny and converter.

What are some things to look for in a inspection?

If the tranny was free, you will still have 1500.00 min. in a rebuild with a little beefing up.

good point.Really wasn't going to rebuild it.Is it profitable to part out a transmission?

I don't know ? probably to the right guy/people. my case was cracked, cost 150.00 for another one, it's a hassel putting it in and taking a chance it's no good. Might be worth the money to take it to a tranny shop, have them look it over.

If it's a BRF or BQ hell ya it's worth it.
