Check with Highway Stars. I bought a complete heater hose set from them about two years ago, but I believe they now offer the 'S' hose seperately.

We are the manufacturers of the silicone S hoses. We had some problems where we had a bunch of shipments with extra long S-hoses. Finally said screw it send us the longer unit & we will cut it down. They will be about 30 days max.
