silver ttype on rt49 in marcy,ny?

just saw what looked to be a heavily modified ttype on a trailer, slicks, skinnys etc...seems like everyday i see more and more of these cars

and here i am thinkin "ya its central ny, im never gunna see any of these cars around here"

so does anyone wanna own up to this one??
