Not sure about those exactly, but I got some similar ones from TR Custom Parts (TR Custom Parts - Unique Products for 84-87 Turbo Regals & Olds G-Body Cars). Happy with the price, quality, time, etc.

Yep. Mark can do about anything. He did some custom ones for my stock GN caps and they pop right in place of the OE ones and look factory. Same thickness, gloss, etc. Would do it again.
