Single gauge pod wiring question

Ok, without drilling stuff, where does the wire get routed on a single pillar gauge pod lol?

And how are you guys making it stay? I'm seeing emblem tape, but does that really work?

You have to drill the factory pillar trim to route the wires unless you want to see them running down the pillar.
