Site breach?

I received an email on August 17th from legalnotice@verticalscope.come which claimed that there had been a data breach at turbobuick.com and that all passwords needed to be changed etc. They provided a link which claimed to be turbobuick.com and when I went there a message said i should have received a new more secure password - never did.

Bottom line - I just logged in no problem with my old password.

Has there been a problem??
