Site real slow loading

Is it on my end, this site? Or both.
Its been real slow to load for some time.
This is also slow inside of site going between topics.
Anything I can do to speed up?

I've never experienced this site being this slow loading. But no problem with all of the ads there loading pretty darn quick.

It's the 30,000+ "guests / Bots" slowing everything down . I'm still slow loading .

I thought is was my Internet I was resetting the router and WiFi extender but everyone is having the problem.Seems good now.
