what are the size and original model of goodyear tires for a gn ?

are there date codes ?
how do you read them ?

thanks

And, they were either black wall or raised outline white letter depending on which style was chosen by the person placing the order.

i am trying to dig up an original set of tires for my car.

any date codes on them ?

thanks

All passanger tires have a manufacture date in the DOT number. Last three digits are the week # and year produced. For example 127 would be 12th week of 87. Hope that helps.

If you find any 16 year old tires they probably won't be worth putting on.

i was doing alignments about when GN's came out. they needed tires sooner than most everyone else, and we sold alignments as an upsell, GOODYEAR.

anyway. i remember when i first drove a GN.
i just did an alignment on it, and took it for a test drive. i test drove every alignment. i went down this one street, no traffic at the time. i then stepped on it and said
" this thing ain't faaa(turbo spooling up)aaaassssstttt, hole crap, this thing is fast !"

i'll never forget that
