SLIC 36mm Trans Am GTA Front Sway Bar

Anybody successfully install a Trans Am/GTA 36mm front sway bar on a 86/87 GN with a SLIC?

yup had one on mine no problem if your talking the hollow bar.

Yes, it's a hollow bar. Did you notice any improvement in handling? Any issues installing ? Any modifications required when this sway bar is used with a stretched stock location IC? Thanks for your input

I had a 36mm hollow bar on an 87 GN. I believe it was 10-12 lbs. lighter. However, when we installed a PTE SLIC, the bar would not fit back on the car as the intercooler was too big to allow for it to go back on. As I recall, the PTE expanded toward the front of the car, stopping the 36mm bar to wrap around the front of it. We had to put the stock one back on.
