Appreciation of ATR Products & Service
I've stopped in at the ATR facility several times since Spring.
In late June, I stopped by to pick up some things in person...only a few were sold out...and they were subsequently shipped exactly when promised...with free shipping.
While there, I discussed my needs for an exhaust system.
All my questions were handled on the spot, and I was told then
that their next production run of headers, DPs, & exhaust systems would be done early-mid September.
ATR remembered my visit, & called me this Monday to let me know the system I discussed with them would be available now from their replenished inventory.
How's that for honesty and follow-thru on Customer Service?
Many vendors would have taken my money in June and had me wait until September. Many of us on this board know from first-hand experience what that's like!
