just ordered the atr 3"exhaust from atr last week,called the yesterday ,and they told me the complete system won't be sent out till some time next week,any one have the same problem that i'm having? :mad:
 
that happens from time to time..

took a couple months for my buddy to get a d/p and wastegate from them once but in the end he did get it..
 
Appreciation of ATR Products & Service

I've stopped in at the ATR facility several times since Spring.

In late June, I stopped by to pick up some things in person...only a few were sold out...and they were subsequently shipped exactly when promised...with free shipping.

While there, I discussed my needs for an exhaust system.
All my questions were handled on the spot, and I was told then
that their next production run of headers, DPs, & exhaust systems would be done early-mid September.

ATR remembered my visit, & called me this Monday to let me know the system I discussed with them would be available now from their replenished inventory.

How's that for honesty and follow-thru on Customer Service?

Many vendors would have taken my money in June and had me wait until September. Many of us on this board know from first-hand experience what that's like!

thats the problem they took my money ,and told me it would be ship out in a few days and i would get it the following week some time,thats not honesty:mad:

I'm going to pick my system up either Friday or Monday. I also have some custom WG flange work to leave with them as well.

The ATR production facility is huge...super-clean...ulta-organized---very well-staffed with customer-oriented staff throughout.

All will be fine, Ed!

thanks two lane just a little frustrated that it was not sent out two days after i ordered it most orders from venders who advertise on this web site send your order out the next day .3- weeks is un acceptiable,and that to get the parts sent out lol:) no telling when they will get to me:confused:
 
ATR has always been a top notch vendor. I wouldn't start complaining until it doesn't show up. You may be putting your cart before your horse on this complaint.
 
Geez, have a little patience. Not everyone ships next day. If they say it'll ship out next week, wait a week. If you don't have it a few days after they said it would ship, THEN call them to check status. When they say it won't ship for a week, they usually have their reasons. Don't keep calling and being a monkey on their back after they're already told you how long it's going to take.

I've been waiting over 6 months now for some parts for one of my other cars from another vender, and yes, I've already paid in full 6 months ago. I was originally told a 2-3 week wait. I'd hate to see how you would react to that! :rolleyes:

Give them the benefit of the doubt and have a little patience.
 
just want to go out and enjoy this weather in michigan while it lasts ,winter will be here soon lol;)
 
This is not Tech related and your getting all upset over nothing really. Parts for these cars aren't the main bread and butter for most vendors. Most don't have hundreds of units on the shelf. Have some patience. I've waited pretty patiently for months from a vendor before but it was well worth the wait IMHO. Wasn't something to start bashing them on the Internet for.

I agree...

And, as much as i did not get along with ATR in the past, they are like all of us. We are all over worked and under staffed. There isnt as much money around anymore to just "shelf" inventory.
Give them a chance, hell I got people waiting almost three months now. I thank God, they are great people and have patience. Remember, you have no idea what is actually going on behind the scenes as ther is only 14 (hehe) hours in a day and our families complain too. I would wait and see and maybe just maybe throw a kudo their way ;)
