smog countys in TX

What countys in TX have no smog laws?

Falls County doesn't. At least last I checked. I think Bell doesn't as well.

I know that in North Texas Dallas, Tarrant,Parker and Denton counties have smog testing now. All the surrounding ones (to my limited knowledge) don't, YET. In Texas is seems that the counties in and near the largest population areas have mandated testing.

That's kinda true, but San Antonio doesn't have it yet and they are huge.

Houston, DFW, Austin. Outside of these, just a "safety" sticker.
