Its a heating and air conditioning business. Right now the only thing I really need is some business, its coming up on the slow time of year, and I need more income to compensate for this problem. I can't afford to bring in another guy right now, besides I'd rather work overtime myself than pay someone else to do it.

Dishonest people will steal no matter how well you pay them, thats a fact. My buddy that works for me said it best- "Now would be a good time to start drinking."
