I am selling my 1987 Buick Grand National (T-TOP Car) with only 51,000 miles. This vehicle is in great shape overall. I've done some tasteful upgrades to get it running good. Nothing to extreme. I drive this vehicle everyday with no problems.
Engine and transmission are solid. Engine oil changed every 1500k with synthetic and transmission was just serviced less than a year ago. Rear end is stock - fluids and gasket were changed a year ago as well.
Interior is in great shape. No major rips, tears or stains. Body is straight, Paint is 7/10. All weather-stripping including tops have been replaced. Only issues is dash over is cracked by defrost vents & I had the driver side floor pan has been replaced due to a water leak prior to me buying car. You can tell from underneath the car there has been work to the driver side floor pan, but to me that was never a big deal. I replaced and resealed all weather-stripping on doors, trunk and TTOP's. No leaks! Entire floor pan has been cleaned/coated with POR-15 and Dynamated parts of the floor as well. Turned out really nice! Trunk is in solid shape as well. Other than that all is good. Also the upper door hinges were replaced as well.
Overall the car is in solid shape. I have spent lots of money, time and love into this car. Drives solid and never raced or taken to track. pretty much babied. I hate to see it go, now is the time.
We are located in Hawaii - the car is originally from the mainland. Only been on island 7 months. I would like to keep it, but my priorities have shifted and unfortunately it is time to part ways. My asking price is $16,000. I priced that in mind due to shipping cost as well (Matson is $1100 flat to all 3 ports on the west coast). I can help make arrangements for you.
