For anyone sitting on the fence...here's my experience with this product.

Since the reducers supplied with this kit are not sized quite right.......
You'll need to buy (2) 1 1/2" x 1 1/4" Silicone Reducer Couplings if you want to get 100% proper fit. Rad pipe supplied is 1 1/4" OD and the connections on our Buicks is 1 1/2" at both the rad outlet and thermostat housing.

After lots of research and hunting....I finally found a source for these in black (which is not too common .....as I found out for this size).

Got them from :
Flex Technologies - Your Silicone Hose Solution

#R40B 125-150 @ $17.60 ea net.
These were'nt inexpensive, but fit perfectly......

With these new silicone reducer cplgs....I am now 100% happy with the fit, look and performance of this rad pipe.

The upper hose is 1 1/4" and lower hose is 1 1/2".

Sorry for the mix up, must have had a Sr.'s moment.....here's the correct info: GN1's 1 pc aluminum upper rad pipe is actually 1 1/2" dia.....buick upper rad outlet is 1 1/4" dia........got these mixed up on my earlier post above.

You will need the above 1 1/2" x 1 1/4" silicone reducer coupling for proper fit.

Note: FYI......this does not appear to be the exact same unit that Mark is offering....think he said his is 1 1/4" OD.

Actually I sell BOTH. The GN1 unit AND the one I made up.

I don't know if I got a one off unit, but I have the GN1 pipe and as I stated earlier it has the two correct reducers and was the correct fit on the thermostat housing and the radiator. I don't know if they started shipping with the correct reducers recently (its only 1 1/2 months old.) I'll take some pics when i get a chance.
