I don’t think I have this plumbed up correctly,

I have the Rjc boost controller going to the boost port.
I believe I should run a straight boost reference signal to the boost port, and run the Rjc boost controller inline to the vacuum port to allow boost to push down on spring/ diaphragm to hold the wastegate closed a little more. Does this sound correct ?

forgive me I just just this together With downpipe installed . Can’t find instructions online

I have the same wastegate with the hookup as you have shown.
Works great.

Yes it works now, I took the wastegate apart to clean it and reseated the valve to the casting with valve lapping compound. There was visible light through the port when I first took it apart... much more responsive now.
