i wouldnt trust a cashiers check nowadays!

on the news yesterday someone purchased a new explorer for 17000 from an individual and used a cashiers check... goes to cash it and it was counterfeit...

this also happened to a co-worker of my aunts... sold a 3200$ saturn and got a fraudulent cashiers check...

good luck on finding a PAYING buyer!
