Source for a brass Y fitting?

Sorry for what seems like a trivial request, but I'm having a hell of a time finding a Y fitting so I can add a second stage to my SMC. A simple tee is no problem, but a Y seems nigh on impossible to find. Preferrably with 1/8" female threads.

Anybody have a pointer?

I have never seen a 1/8 in y. Someone probably makes one, but who? How about a tee and put a 1/8 in. 45 degree street ell in the side port. Best I can do!!

Maybe NOS blocks?

Thought I saw one like that in Summitt or Jegs.

Not sure of the exact port fittings however.

You can always make one out of billet brass.

What would be the dis-advantage of using a t fitting?
