Source for a new dist drive gear?

Are dist drive gears available new? My hold down bolt backed out and allowed the cam sensor to ride up in the bore.....munched the gear

did you try a dealer? they call stuff by weird names sometimes, and if you get a less than intelligent parts dude he' ll just tell you they dont have dist and give up.it might be under cam sensor drive gear or cam sensor driven gear, or something dumb like that.

Nope, didn't try a dealer because I didn't think they were available from the dealer. Anyone buy a new one recently?
