Spark plug ?

I pulled a few spark plugs tonight and I noticed that there was oil on the threads and seat of all the spark plugs that I pulled, is this normal ? The car has just under 50,000 miles on her and and there are no signs of smoking out the exhaust. Car idles slightly rough but has no hesitation and runs real good at cruise and WOT.
ScanMaster #'s @ idle are : WBO2 are 13.2-13.7

My fuel pressure is set at 43lbs Vac line off, Translater base set at 2 ( 10% leaner at idle ) before BL's were at 123 when Translator base set at 0 ( no change).

My #5 Spark Plug had a bit of oil on the thread. Replaced Valve Cover Gasket and no more oil on thread.

I replaced the VC gaskets earlier this year and there is no signs of them leaking.I'll be sure to double check that the VC bolts are good and tight. Thanks for your reply.
