Speaking of Win Vista Home Premium

I had to recently buy a new laptop that came with Vista Home Premium (SP1) installed.

Question: While snooping around the Microsoft site, I think I saw reference to a SP2. Anybody running SP2 or know of it, or what it does?

Yep, it's out now.

When did you buy your new compy? You may be able to upgrade to 7 when it's released.

Have you tried SP2? Is it stable?

Yes, mine is elligable for the WIN 7 upgrade. Although I know nothing about it.

I run it on my wife's new HP without issue. I pay very close attention to releases like this but, I missed this one on release day. I stumbled on it while downloading some stuff from msdn.
