spearco intercooler

HI,

I have an 1985 Grand National, about 5 years ago I installed a Spearco Intercooler on the car. Well this winter I rebuilt my engine and I can't seem to find the vacuum diagram or all the tees and restrictor tees that i need to complete it. Everybody I talk to at spearco won't give me a straight answer where I can get the correct hardware (tees, restrictor tees., etc...) to finish the job. I remember that I had to rework the vacuum lines and install a check valve or something. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The reason you are not getting anything from Spearco is because they do not make the parts anymore. The drawing shows that you are to put a tee with a 0.0292 restrictor ahead of the original tee on the wastegate pressure side. On this tee a check valve with a 0.025 restrictor is also installed to allow venting. I found that you do not need to do this modification at all and the unit works fine.
