Me and a few of my Cobra buddies were there.

I think I got your 11.70 run on tape. I was surprised out how poorly you were getting out of the hole. I saw it moving around on you a bit at mid track on one or two passes. It was obvious the car had ALOT more in it. Very nice ride.

I don't know if you ran later in the day, but the grip improved alot after 2PM or so.

Which cobra where you in? I liked the cobras they where bad ass!! I ve got a 03 to,love those cars!!! I had more trouble 100 ft out then I would have thought, on that run the datalogg should me in and out of the throttle 3 times before I got out of 1st!!

I have a Black 2004 Cobra (I think I was the only black one there).

I also own a GN and I was telling my buddies......."watch, this is how a car is supposed to get out of the hole", then I saw you were having launch issues. :(

I'll see if I can get you the video of your car tonight.

Not a bad outing on a bare base start-up program, and no passes on car.
We spent most of the time with starting, idle, iac, etc. etc.

The full weight car had a 61mm turbo & 83# injectors, drag radials, Single Walbro pump 340 & "sorry Joe"...a some what poor suspension set-up that really needs some attention.

1st past---car was apparently lean after launch, so run was aboorted, but for what ever reason no log, so we couldn't adjust fueling precisely. Ve# in base program were in the normal range for average 231/83# type engines run in the past.

2nd pass....spooling issues...but car did go 121 mph after not doing much the first 300 ft....also no log to work with, as computer some how lost power. Made adjustments to spool fuel/timing best guess etc.

3rd final pass....spooled great, left hard...to hard spining bad and Joe was totally off throtlle for .7 et by the log we finally got.
Basically lost all traction in 1st gear & most of 2nd. Finally got it hooked in 3rd and ran 122++mph.

I did tell Joe that there remains some issues regarding fueling/and or voltages. as the VE table #'s needed to be extremely high from 2.5k rpm to 5.7k rpm. (110+) but the injector pw's were only in 50+% range....very strange

In any event we will work any issues out prior to next outing, and should be fine. Car will easily be a lower-high to mid 10 no problem

Me and my friend in the redfire Cobra lined up near the end of the day. He's got a ported Eaton on ET Streets/skinnes, I've got a Whipple SC on a DR:

Ya, I had a car i was tuning with a customers laptop that was changing values by itself one time.I had a car running well, then it started choking, wouldnt run and then showed lean,After looking thru the program again i found the cubic inches said 61! replaced it with 235 and the car was back to normal again.

Double checked all set-up entries, and everything appears to be normal.

Never had any issues with Fast or FastXFI changing or losing any pre-programmed entries..........I can't say the same about BS3.
