Striking car did not have a camera. The crusier he passed at 100 mph did.According to the Connecticut Post (online) he's going to be in court this Tuesday.
The article also says, "The cruiser that Pisani was driving on June 13 is one of only two in the Milford department's 25-car patrol fleet equipped with a dashboard camera, Mello said. "
I don't even want to think about what would have happened if he had been driving a cruiser without a camera.
If Pisani had just pulled over after the accident and never activated his emergency light the camera would not have recorded the crash. The camera goes back 60 seconds prior to activation which is why Anderson's accident was recorded. If Pisani had just exited his crusier with out putting his lights on there would be no recorded evidence.
