one of my employees has one on his truck, sounds good, kinda loud but i like it. have read a lot of pro touring guy seem to like them, but i think some of them are baffled and not strait through

Spin techs are a good muffler, They sound real good on the ls motors, and not much of a drone. Just YouTube them on gtos and corvettes. Never heard them on a Buick, might sound good

I may be wrong here, but I don't think they are a straight through muffer... which if they are a chambered muffler or combination chamber and insulation they are bad for turbo cars.

That's what I think. I see that they have round Tubes inside, and that is maybe why they are called Spin-Tech..

I once had the Super Pro Streets on my car for a few days. They were not straight through mufflers. Lots of drone and didn't sound good at all other than at idle.

They are chambered kind of like flow basterds,

I went back and forth with a lot of mufflers on my vortec 5.7 4x4. I ended up liking the super 10 series single chamber the most. Small, light, flows amazing and loud as all hell when ur in it.
It was obnoxious when i started her up at 5am, i had LT headers and custom exhaust with 8 cylinders though, might be a little tamed down behind a turbo

Thanks Joe

On a normally aspirated motor they're fine, in fact, on the GTO I thought they sounded pretty good. But they were not designed to work with our cars. Straight through muffs are the only way to go if you're looking for the best performance, IMO.
