Is there an y reason i cant use stainless steel studs to bolt up my headers.

Sometimes stainless steel threads will gall and seize. And as you know stainless steel is super hard; the average joe cannot drill out or drill through stainless with much success. Just depends on how badly you want it.

Use never seize and don't look back.
