SSM lift bars or No hop bars?

Hi, who runs ssm lift bars? Are they worth the money? i know they're out of business but I can get a set used. just wondering which way to go, lift bars for lowers or those upper no hop bars. Thanks!!

SSM's or equivalent (I had Kenne Bells) work great for traction, but they will - and I mean WILL - tear up the LCA-to-frame mounts, at least on a driver. I think it's a combination of geometry and almost no cushion in the bushing.

I bought a used set once. I never installed them and sold them off. Didn't like the looks of them plus I remember hearing similar cautions about damage.
