Thanks James,The motor will be for sale again,but it is going back to RPE first fro a freshing before i sell it,I dont want there to be any issues.
It is an On center stage 2 274 CI though.
And will be for sale as a long block once i get it back

The only thing different internally between an on-center vs. off-center is the rods. The intake is also different. The crank is the same.

Are the rods new or used?
