stage 2 torque specs

I have stage 2 with m&a heads does anyone know torque specs for heads rods & mains

Heads s/b torqued to 80 ft./lbs. Rods s/b torqued per rod/bolt manufacturers instructions. (rod bolt stretch is the most accurate way to torque a rod bolt.
