4 bolt mains(center 2), yes there are studs for the mains except 2 outer bolts on center caps. You will have block prep to do if it is new, check to make sure that the lifter bosses have been drilled for oiling the rockers and all drains are drilled in the valley. Yes you can run a stock crank in it.
You will have to fabricate a pickup for the oil system or use a externally fed pump with the pickup routed on the outside of the block.
