Holy Crap Les,
I knew there was supposed to be a stage 2 car on the island but I didn't know you had it. What's wrong with it besides the heads? Why are you selling it vice taking it down the track so everyone can FINALLY see it run??? I don't have that kind of money as I'm contemplating going for a twin turbo setup when the new TA block comes out. But who knows.

Hey Les,

How much you think it would cost to repair the heads? It would be a shame not to see it make a pass down Kukini Blvd. (HRP).
If we all (TR guys) chipped in to get the car running, the car could possibly be the KING of the fastest streetcar shootout! So what do you guys/gals think? Oh well, it was just a thought.

I see we have 20+ TR people on the contact list. If everyone donated 100.00, we might have enough or sell chili tickets or a combination of both. We could work out something with Les about sharing the winnings or some kind of pay back if later he sells the car. Maybe our moderater(Jackson) can be the trustee I guess I have to much time on my hands to think up these things. Just imagine this headline " BUICK V-6 wins HRP Fastest Streetcar Shootout!"

Wow! Talk about camaraderie It brings a tear to my eyes.
Sorry, it looks like the T might be sold so no swapmeet action but no money down yet so you never know.
